Kimunya Snubs NCIC's Summons

Transport minister Amos Kimunya has been dealt a humbling blow after the high court temporarily put on hold the appointment of new Kenya Ports Authority Board members. Justice Mohamed Warsame directed that the new team of directors, whose appointment has triggered a furore, should not transact any business at the ports authority until a case filed by Malindi mp Gideon Mung'aro is heard and determined. But a defiant Kimunya snubbed commissioners of the National Cohesion and Intergration Commission, (NCIC), who had visited and had gone to interview the minister at his transom house office over the alleged tribal appointments.
