Police Commissioner Mathew Iteere has said that police will work hand-in-hand with the National Cohesion and Integration Commission in monitoring hate speech before, during and after the election. Iteere said police are now equipped with monitoring gadgets and are working with the NCIC to dispel the popular disclaimer by politicians that they were misquoted. NCIC, Police to Monitor Hate Speech
